Legacy of Slavery Still Monumental The reparations movement in the Caribbean has lessons for blacks in the U.S.

I think this is a logical request considering how these European empires were able to become wealthy off of Slavery and colonialism but then left their former colonies to fail by removing all of the economic support in search of cheaper labor and products.
